• Engaging in activities that harm or exploit minors in any way.
• Distributing malware or using Ghidra to create or distribute malicious software.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of Ghidra itself, except to the extent permitted by applicable Law.

Ghidra, including its design, structure, and code, is the property of the National Security Agency (NSA) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of Ghidra’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Modifications to Terms

The NSA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions anytime. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on this page. Your continued use of Ghidra after posting modifications constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

11. Termination

The NSA reserves the right to terminate your access to Ghidra at any time, with or without cause and without notice. All licenses granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will terminate immediately upon termination.
